Silvopasture Raised Chickens

Our chickens spend their days on grass in the alleys between fruit and nut trees. Raised on forage and organic, soy-free grain from Stone House Farm (a regenerative farm and grain mill in the Hudson Valley). They are moved daily on pasture. Whole chickens and cuts are available. Sold on farm, at the New Lebanon Farmers Market & Grocery, the Hudson Farmers Market (Saturdays, May- November). Wholesale and Buying Club pricing also available. We also raise a small flock of laying hens. Eggs are available throughout the year on farm as well.
