Our Chickens:
Spend their days on grass in the alleys between fruit and nut trees. Raised on organic, soy-free grain from Stone House Farm (a regenerative farm and grain mill in the Hudson Valley). Free ranging. Moved daily. Whole, cuts, and chicken sausage available. Sold on farm, at the New Lebanon Farmers Market & Grocery, the Hudson Farmers Market (Saturdays, April- November), and Random Harvest Market. Wholesale and Buying Club pricing also available. We also raise a small flock of laying hens. Eggs are available throughout the year on farm as well.
